Every time I order goods on Ali Express, I have problems with delivery. Because this company delivers. They sent me a message by email that my parcel cannot be delivered. But there is no reason for this.

Terrible delivery service I hate to see fastway are the providers for customers of online shopping ...week before Xmas got an electric saw delivered..driver left it at my front door without notice and it got soaked ...today I got an expensive pair of leather boots left again at my front door and once again no notice .. what are you people in fastway at ??? Have respect for the goods people buy and keep you in a job

My delivery was thrown over my garden wall and left to sit in the rain. The driver made no effort to contact me to give me the parcel he didn’t bother to come up to the door. This is the 3rd time this has happened with Fastway in the last 3 months. At this point I try to avoid ordering with companies who use Fastway as they are literally the poorest courier I’ve ever come across!
