Every time I order goods on Ali Express, I have problems with delivery. Because this company delivers. They sent me a message by email that my parcel cannot be delivered. But there is no reason for this.

My delivery was thrown over my garden wall and left to sit in the rain. The driver made no effort to contact me to give me the parcel he didn’t bother to come up to the door. This is the 3rd time this has happened with Fastway in the last 3 months. At this point I try to avoid ordering with companies who use Fastway as they are literally the poorest courier I’ve ever come across!
Don’t know why it’s rated so low I’ve never had a problem. Packages always delivered on time to my door and they never come damaged or broken. Honestly, it all depends on who’s delivering to your area but I’ve never had any bad experiences with fastway mullingar compared to DHL, UPS or DPD.
What a joke... Two weeks ago I was waiting on an order to be delivered. 9.57pm it then says customer not at home / refused order.....LIESChasing customer service for the last two weeks " we will contact Fastway".... Still nothingGo to Midlands (taught that it was Portarlington) to be told it has now been shipped to Mullingar.I'm going to lose it now.... It's turning out to be a joke company. Better be in Mullingar tomorrow morning when I drive there
