Very good experience. I arrived early but the owner didn’t mind and even came up from the town early to help me. He had a lock available to buy as I hadn’t brought one. It’s a family-run business and I’d highly recommend it. The containers were very well maintained, with plenty of cameras for security. The price was also very good compared to competitors.
It was good to meet Alan, the manager of Goldfinch, personally greeting us to make the delivery. And, although he may not realise it, his mother, and 92 year old father impressed us even more, with their welcome, and sitting us down to home made scones and tea... def a Unique Selling Point... when you have just spend a few days on the road, the taste of farmhouse hospitality is memorable ... thanks for the welcome, and for the ease of accepting our delivery to your well run storage premises... will certainly recommend to our customers in future too.
We became a customer of Goldfinch Storage just over a year ago. They've been a most supportive and friendly team to deal with at all times. The facility is five star, safe, well kept and it was easy to get quickly set up with our own secure access to the site. Our storage requirements doubled and turned from short term into long term, all easily accommodated and made stress-free for us.We're happy to trust Goldfinch Storage with the safe and secure storage of our furniture and belongings, no question!
From start to finish this business was a pleasure to deal with. I needed somewhere for my furniture for 5 months and I'm delighted that Goldfinch Storage was recommended to me. Everything was seamless, and they were very kind and easy people to deal with. The containers are top quality and very clean. I'll definitely be using them in the future.
