I was a bit disappointed at first, there was no communication about the delivery of the materials or the issues that came up, which was pretty frustrating since I was left completely in the dark. However, the service with Hassan more than made up for it. He was punctual, friendly, and gave clear instructions throughout the process. He took the time to make sure everything was in order and handled all the boxes with care. A real pleasure dealing with someone so accommodating and kind. Thanks again Hassan for turning things around!

Terrible. Had to reschedule my flight because of this. Did not pick up my boxes as scheduled. Did not deliver half of the ordered packing materials, including tape, bubble wrap and half of the ordered boxes. Awful customer service. The responses were delayed, their emails deferred me to their AI phone call, which deferred me back to their email service. When I was finally put in touch with a real staff member, they were rude and put the phone down on me. Absolutely do not recommend. Had to ask a friend last minute to store my boxes for me.

I explained That because I’m aboard and can’t receive Sim message To top up my account and pay bills, they kindly removed my extra fee And tell me, I can clear my bills After I come back. This shows this company actually gave employees rights And provide good service! Customer service system is also very good cuz They responded quickly. Very kind and understanding company. Good price as well.
