I have used Belfast Self Storage for 11 years for a house transfer from a large house to a terrace. I have found the staff friendly and helpful. They also have been very patient and understanding when payment dates were overdue. They accommodated late payments with understanding. I would use or recommend them again

Easy and convenient. Staff helpful. Feels a bit on the expensive side but probably the going rate for most storage facilities.

I cannot recommend Belfast Self Storage highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. I was nervous about storing my belongings, but the team here immediately put me at ease. The facility itself is immaculately clean, well-lit, and is very secure, with camera monitoring. I never once worried about the safety of my items. The staff are the real stars of the show! Kelsey was so friendly, patient, and helpful during the booking process and when I accessed my unit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. The pricing is very fair and transparent with no hidden fees. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Had my stuff held here for over 7 months whilst between houses. Good clean units and a flexible yet very secure entry/exit system. (The 'out of office hours' access we requested was an absolute godsend too.) The staff here are very sound, very helpful getting you what you need, for example they were more than happy to show us around a few units to find one that suited our needs. The prices are very reasonable too! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to park some stuff and will happily use them again in future when the need arises!
