I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The entire process, from booking to moving my items in, was incredibly easy and smooth. What really stands out, though, is the security. Booked a unit at Drive Up Storage Walsall while our house was being rebuilt. The whole process was simple and stress-free. Lindsay explained everything clearly and made getting started really easy. We've ended up keeping the unit longer than planned, but that's been no problem at all. Excellent service and a very secure facility.
Needed some last minute storage due to a short notice house move, Was able to secure the unit and move in a day later. Really convenient location, secure behind a main gate and then a shutter on the building entrance, all accessible with an individual code. Very reasonable price compared to the local competition.
I needed to pay my storage fee in 2 instalments due to financial difficulties. Carole was really helpful and non-judgemental and explained the process fully. She took the payment and dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently and was very polite and friendly. Thank you.
