First time using self storage and I cannot speak more highly of the whole team. From my first phone call to them, the lady explained everything and was so professional, yet friendly patient and helpful. I took a storage unit from them and on my call to book the unit, I spoke to the owner of the business who talked me through the whole sign up process with ease. My hesitation using the app for access was actually unfounded because even as a non techy person, I accessed my allocated unit with ease, first time! The whole of the storage facility is secure, well lit and so very clean. Should you need to call for any reason at all there is always someone at the end of the phone and even the owner is at hand anytime and calls are answered at the speed of light. !! I highly recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation should I need them again. Thank you Bonnys !

I will definitely use again Bonnys Self Storage. The units are clean, safe and reasonably priced.Also a very friendly and helpful staff .

Great customer service, everything very well explained on the phone (complete opposite of every other storage place we called!) We didn't know what size unit we needed so they kindly arranged for us to look at two sizes so we could decide when we arrived. They are always quick to pick up the phone whenever you call them, and are so helpful with keeping the security doors open while you unload if requested. Easy to use app for access, and trolleys/sack barrow etc provided to assist you to move your belongings. Hoping we won't need the unit for another month (no offense!) but whenever we vacate, I'm sure it will all go as smoothly as the move in. Thank you Bonnys!

Thank you Bonny's.. storage was good clean and easy.. young lady was there to help us as we couldn't fathom out how to get into the storage but it was so easy.. and it was a good thing we put my furniture in store for how things went.. thanks again.. Glenys. Lakin xx
