Would highly recommend, clean tidy secure location. James was so helpful. Setting up app was straight forward. Used move it right from lowestoft, was able to share entry code with them. So they could come and go as they needed to.

I called Bonnys Self Storage & got to speak to Jamie. He was so helpful & got the prefect size unit for my items. He talked me through what I had to do on booking a unit if I was going to book it online. In the end I got it booked on the phoned & again with Jamie's help. He then explained what I had to do when I wanted to access my unit. On the day of accessing my unit, I got a little muddled & called Bonnys number. Once again I got Jamie & he walked me through each step until I accessed my unit. Jamie was so helpful, kind, pleasant & friendly. He was very patient & nothing was too much for him. It meant so much to me as the items I am putting into the unit are mine but from a very dear friend's home who had just passed away. I was in mourning of that friend & not thinking straight, hence asking for help on booking & accessing the unit. I can't praise Jamie enough. Thank you Jamie. The storage place itself is very clean. As you enter Bonnys, barrows are provided to help you take your items from your vehicle to your unit. There is also a little clean up station just in the entrance way along with access to toilets. As for my unit, it's perfect for my needs, spot on for size. Although if a unit is to small or to large it can be changed to fit your needs, which is very reassuring. The storage is also eco friendly as the lights are those that go on & off when you are in the vercinity. I felt very confident in Bonnys Self Sorage in keeping my items safe. There are a few steps to do on their app for you to access Bonnys & your unit. There is no key access, it's all done through their app. That's great, as if you had a key, it could get lost, misplaced or left at home & you only realise it when you are at the storage place. Booking a unit is a breeze as well, all straight forward. I highly recommend Bonnys Self Storage. I'd happily book with them again if I needed a unit in the future.
