Had an absolutely brilliant experience here so far, I’m very stressed and emotional at the moment as the house me and my husband were buying has fallen through and we’ve found ourselves having to move stuff into storage. The units are spacious, clean and well ventilated, and very secure with the app. Julie was so kind from the first inquiry phone call to when we went to look at the unit. She took us up and showed us, and then was quick and efficient at getting us all set up and ready to go. She even offered us a cup of tea. A genuinely lovely person and has made this whole stressful situation feel a bit easier with her kindness and efficiency.

The facility is super clean and well-maintained, and it was really easy to navigate the app, user-friendly and convenient. We was greeted by Julie, who was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for secure, clean storage with excellent customer service!

Me & my partner visited Lodge Farm Industrial Estate Here Self Storage to get ourselves a self unit for long term usage. We were greeted and assisted by Branch manager, Mark Pettit who was the most helpful, welcoming and polite individual. 10/10 customer service. Everything was pretty straight forward with no hidden fees or commitments, price is fairly reasonable. Self storage unit comes with an app that is easy to navigate. I was impressed by how clean the whole atmosphere was too. Mark even gave us some offers on the house, which added to a satisfactory experience. I will recommend in the future to others.
