I chose this company despite being ~30% more expensive than local alternatives, specifically because they advertised 24/7 access and CCTV — critical for an ecommerce business needing to pull stock on demand.No CCTV, despite being advertised. When I collected my key, a member staff told me CCTV was "due to be installed soon." Three months on, it's still not there. This isn't a minor omission — it invalidates almost all insurance policies as they rely on CCTV being in place, as advertised on their website (even as of now!).Access hours cut by 68% with zero notice. On 31st July I received an email "reminding" all Ringwood customers of access hours — Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-12pm, closed Sundays and bank holidays. That's 54 hours a week, down from the 168 hours (24/7) I signed up for. I was never notified of this change. The website itself only recently stopped advertising 24/7 access — Wayback Machine snapshots from 24 April 2026 confirm it still showed 24/7 access and CCTV at that date (see images attached).No price adjustment for the reduced service. Despite losing over two-thirds of my access hours, there's been no reduction in what I'm charged — still a premium price for a now-inferior service.Their response was dismissive. When I raised this, I was told this "is certainly not how the Ringwood site is intended to be advertised" and that they'd "investigate" — but no fix, no compensation, and no acknowledgment that I'd been misled when I signed up. Their solution was to suggest I move to their Verwood site if I want 24/7 access — after I'd already spent close to £1,000 fitting out the Ringwood unit with racking.Bottom line: I paid a premium for advertised features I never received, my insurance is compromised through no fault of my own, and access was slashed with no warning and no price adjustment.Think carefully before committing long-term to this company — terms can apparently change without notice, and their response to being caught out was to shrug rather than make it right.

This is a brilliant facility which I used for over a year, easily accessible, loads of room to turn vehicles etc once inside, containers are all immaculate and no signs of any water ingress or dampness throughout my years use. Top draw people to deal with can’t fault them.👍🏻🫡
