1st member of staff (chap with a beard) was really friendly, explained timings and called to say when car was ready. On picking car up seemingly the other person working there couldn't or wouldn't do the customer signature bit, so he stayed in work shop and shouted for the bearded chap again, a bit odd but bearded chap did apologise and again was very friendly. Would be good if info from inspection was passed verbally to as I didn't open the email until I got home to find there was potentially an issue with a brake pad. But over all good service. And good price for tyres and 4x4 tracking
The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous … the starting point for good business … The work was carried out efficiently and expertly. I am so pleased with the tyres (Michelin CrossClimate 3 Sport). Excellent experience.
Just had an MOT done here. Clean waiting area and friendly customer service. I recommend this place for car repairs and service.
