My experience was amazing, the whole process of renting the unit to checking out of the unit was made very easy by the lovely ladies at the Layerthorpe office !! Would definitely recommend !!

I needed a storage unit for a period of 3-4 weeks due to moving house and made my original enquiry via the website. The next day I attended the office in Layerthorpe and had a such a great experience. No pushy sales techniques and the unit I eventually secured was bigger and cheaper than I originally expected to pay! I left with the keys that day and had no troubles at all with the unit itself in Dunnington. It was easy to operate and open from 7-7pm daily so I could access it as and when needed. I ended up only needing the unit for three weeks as the house completed earlier and duly gave my two weeks notice after week one. Handing the keys back was no worry having the drop box on site. All of my belonging were stored in what felt like an air tight unit which was in pristine condition. These guys really do offer a good service and I would 100% recommend them.
From start to finish, Inner Space Stations have been a pleasure to deal with. We rented a container at Dunnington for approx 2 years. The container was brand new when we took the keys, and 2 years on are still in excellent condition. They keep the site clean and very secure. The service has been brilliant. Highly recommend.
What a fabulous facility and customer service experience. I’ve used many other big brand storage companies in the past and I’ve never had the help, advice and care we receive here. Genuinely feel valued and I hope Inner Space are the future of storage facilities. Thank you in particular to Julie who’s patience, recommendations and knowledge throughout made our 2 house moves painless. 10/10
