We've been using SureStore in York for over a year, and have rented a range of units, from small to quite big, during two house moves. All the units we’ve rented have been clean and dry. Access is controlled by an app which means you can't access floors where you have no unit. There are normally plenty of trolleys in the lobby for loading and unloading, and a couple of pump trucks too. There's ample parking. The staff have been really helpful and friendly, particularly Ioana, and we have been very happy customers of SureStore in York. Would recommend.
I've been really happy with my experience at SureStore. The staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed anything, and they've made the whole process easy from the start. The facility is clean, secure, and well looked after, which gives me confidence that my belongings are safe. Access is straightforward and the unit has been perfect for what I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SureStore to anyone looking for storage.
We needed a storage unit to support our business for a few weeks with a significant task. Ioana and Jack at SureStore were unbelievably helpful with onboarding, deliveries, on site questions and requests on the days where our team were very present, and in all of the follow-up as we work to empty and close our unit. Friendly, professional, efficient, excellent communication via text, phone call (as well as in person). Would recommend highly.
