Great place for storage if moving home. Clean, dry, well lit. Lift for the upper storage units is very easy to use. Staff are really helpful!! Would highly recommend. Thanks Adam.
Easy to book online but a bit complicated when we arrived to find where we should be - however John went above and beyond, I’ve never had customer service like it, absolutely fantastic. Firstly he walked us through to our unit, then when we realised it was too small, he directed us to a larger unit. Later in the day he replied immediately to an email from us asking for a second unit. He could not have done more for us- if I could give ten stars I would.
Booked biggest storage unit they had available. It was on the outside of the unit which meant many times had people parked in front of the access door. I booked a date to access the unit to which I got confirmation. The staff didn't turn up to give me access on the date stated and I spent an hour on the phone trying organise getting in only to be told I have to wait two more days as that's all they could do. Once I no longer needed the storage I followed their instructions to notify them to which I only got a notice that they had received my request. The end date came and no instructions and no contact until we initiated. I have also submitted multiple complaints all of which have been ignored. Would not recommend.
