If I could give 0-Stars I would! Extremely poor customer service from the initial contact until writing this review. I enquired online about storage for 4-weeks and received an email response initially from 'Lina'. I asked for prices and availability for a 4-week storage requirement. I explained the type of items I would like to store and advised the required size was unknown at this stage, but please could I have pricing. Nothing, no further contact, no pricing, no availability etc. I reach out to 3 storage competitors in the Boston area, all respond! even to say they didn't have availability. So my advice, if the customer service is very poor to start with, heed my advice, steer clear! because once they have your money who knows how worst can it get . . .

My wife and I required storage for a house move, visited a couple of sites locally, when we visited Storebox in Boston our minds were made up, we met the site manager Jo who was lovely, professional and extremely helpful, nothing was too much hassle for her, My wife’s incessant questions were answered knowledgeably and with confidence which in turn gave us confidence in the service they provide. By far the best storage facility in Boston with security and built for purpose building and containers, we will definitely be back should we need storage and will recommend anytime.

My partner rented a storage unit at the Boston site and had a brilliant experience. Jo Smalley was so friendly and knowledgeable, she helped select the correct size unit and explained all the security procedures ensuring we feel our belongings are safe and secure whilst they are being stored. I rang to enquire about storage options, very polite very helpfull service. Arranged time to go meet and have face to face for chat. Met a lady called Jo, very friendly explained storage options and prices. Very reasonable prices, well kept clean facility. I requested help to fill in online application, Jo gladly helped.
