Excellent facility, secure and clean. Jo helped me downsize my unit. She was so helpful and is really lovely to talk to. Jo made me fell very welcome when I went to the office.
Popped in to have a quick look at possible storage. Was given a tour of the various sizes available. Your employee Joanne Smalley was very polite and very knowledgeable. I found her to be very kind and listened to what we needed. I will be happy to recommend your facility
Had a storage unit for 6 months. Very easy to access at times that were convenient for me. The team that are on site during office hours are very helpful, nothing too much trouble. One down side, since being taken over by 'storebox' the customer service number no longer went through to the site itself, and had to deal with what felt like a call centre, so the site lost a little bit of its personal touch.
