Safestore is a brilliant self storage place. The containers are all housed inside a building that is behind security gates. The car park and outdoor space is also made secure with cameras and floodlights.
The storage containers themselves come in different sizes and are easy to access. They also provide wheeled trolleys to enable you to move you stuff.
The staff are amazing too. Louis and Heather have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful. They have helped me with getting access to cleaning materials, allowing me to wait in the office area whilst waiting to be picked up, and have just been incredible. Making a stressful time more bearable.

I have been dealing with Heather Hall over the last few dates to arrange summer holiday uni storage (Exeter). The level of customer service she has provided me has been incredible. Very competitively priced booking made completely fuss free. Highly recommended.

I initially spoke to Louis on the phone, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made the entire booking process fast and smooth for me. And he ensured me the lowest price possible for my storage needs/ parameters. 10/10 customer service.When I checked in, in person I was served by Heather who was extremely helpful and made the overall experience a very positive one. I will definitely use Exeter Safestore again if I ever require storage again. The site is well managed, maintained and set up for a no-hassle, affordable customer experience.
