The guys at Safestore Preston were great to deal with, first with an informative phone call from John who explained how things worked in great detail and a great first month offer which I took advantage of. Then my first meeting when I moved my stuff in was with the lovely Leah who was very welcoming and even made me a coffee.
The unit itself (100 sq ft) was spotlessly clean and the perfect size for the job.
I did extend my stay into the second month, which was no problem, however I did mix up my leaving date, which I thought was Feb 25; but should have been Feb 22. I actually cleared the unit on Feb 23, a day late but on hearing that it was a genuine mistake on my part, the guys waived any further payments, which was kind of them.
All in all, I would definitely recommend Safestore Preston.

Well today Daniel was super helpful super friendly, lift was out order and carried 2 pallets of POS up stairs for me as I am awaiting surgery and would not of been able to do so. Thank You so much for always going the extra mile and always so friendly and helpful. Thanks Eliza
