EDIT: What disgusting service from Gina White and either her husband Paul White or son Dylan White. (Who all refused to give their names.) I stand by everything I said about the abysmal customer service but what do you expect from these type of people they aren’t raised the correct way. Argumentative and obstinate the total wrong way to run a business. Vile people who think they our ‘above others’ avoid at all costs. They have been reported to the local ombudsman for investigation based on my dealings with them. Units themselves are clean and secure however that’s where it ends staff extremely rude everything is always too much for them (despite that being their job). Been an absolute nightmare trying to get access to my belongings. A female member of staff even spoke to a local council worker horrendously while she was just trying to obtain access to a unit for a client of theirs and I myself have been spoken to in this manner also. As said units themselves are good however need any additional customer service help about your unit you can forget it. 2 stars and a low 2 at that!
