Was not what I was expecting when turning upto this place. Was actually really impressed with the venue itself and the size of the storage block I have booked. Small issue first off in using the doors and locks but think that was mainly user error. Overall very happy and impressed with this facility.
Customer service is absolutely on point. The gentleman I spoke to talked me through the entry process and explained how the app works throughly. Great value as well, highly recommended.
Excellent customer service, they will gladly go the extra mile to help make sure moving in/out is as easy as possible. The staff are very frendly and are some of the nicest people about. Access is easy plus they have 2 loading bays that makes loading from a large vehicle easy. I am very happy to recommend this place to anyone. All units are indoors which is great as you know that your stuff is safe and dry. Plus the 24 hr access is very handy too.
Checked this place out online a while ago, and then booked online for a friend. Online check-in had a few issues, but on arrival the guy at reception sorted out everything. Easy access with a lift, and trolleys available. The smallest size storage unit is surprisingly spacious, and if you don't have a padlock you can buy one at reception.
