Since Corinne took over as Branch Manager, the service has been amazing. She’s always so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and somehow remembers us every time we pop in, which is such a lovely personal touch.Corinne and Theo always make us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. They’re both a pleasure to deal with and are a huge credit to Titan Storage.If you have an internal customer service awards scheme, my husband and I would love to recommend both Corinne and Theo. And if you don’t, maybe it’s time to start one! They both work so hard and absolutely deserve the recognition.Thank you both for always making our visits such a positive experience!

Having used storage several times over the years, I'm always incredibly careful about where I trust our belongings. This summer, we needed storage for a few months after leaving our home of seven years, and from the moment we arrived, Corrine and her team were absolutely exceptional.
Corrine led everything with genuine warmth, professionalism and care. She took the time to help us think through the best way to store our belongings so we could easily access the things we needed while keeping everything else safely packed away. Nothing was too much trouble, and she and Theo made what was an incredibly stressful time feel calm and completely seamless.
On an exceptionally hot moving day, Corrine and the team even brought out cold water and ice creams for everyone helping us move. It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly summed up the level of customer care they provide.
The facility itself is immaculate, secure and exceptionally well maintained, but it's the people who really set this place apart. Corrine has built a fantastic team, and their attention to detail, kindness and professionalism gave us complete confidence that our belongings were in the very best hands.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. If you're looking for storage where your belongings are genuinely cared for and you're treated as more than just a customer, this should be your first choice.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Corrine from Titan storage in Littlehampton. This was a difficult time for me personally, which she was incredibly supportive, kind and professional throughout. She went above and beyond helping me move things when I was struggling. This was definitely not her role, but did so without question as clearly took great pride in her job and wanted to provide an excellent service, Would highly recommend. Thank you so much ☺️

I must say a big Thank You to Titan Self Storage in Littlehampton. My son recommended them to me . At very short notice my removal company came from Heathfield in East Sussex to Titan. When I walked into the clean and comforting office I was greeted by the store manager a delightful and caring young woman. Everything was explained to me and immediately put my mind to rest. I have been back several times since for items out of my store and everyone is most helpful and patient. The place is immaculately clean and tidy, the staff are welcoming and aware that for some people the experience is quite daunting to put their homes into storage. Their is no reason to worry about this if you use Titan Littlehampton.
