Been using one of their units for almost a couple months now. Very easy to access place and parking is never a problem. Never an issue when I turn up. Staff are really nice and informative, Becky and Rowan are always helpful and friendly.Would recommend this place
I had my unit for 3 years, 1.5 years of this I was abroad, the other half I was over 2 hours away and during the time I never once worried about the safety and security of my unit.The Yard, facilities and office were always clean and well presented. Staff there are friendly , approachable and very helpful.The process to set up the unit and also cancel were simple and straightforward, staff explained the process each step of the way.
I've had a really good experience with stock n lock at Kidderminster. The staff could never be more helpful and nice to deal with. The facilities are great as well and access and security always. Definitely recommend.
My experience was really good with Stock and lock that was down to Rowan who was professional and polite and very helpful from start to finish to finish . I have never used this service before but it has been a good experience will definitely recommend to family and friends . Thanks Rowan for your help .
