I've had an excellent experience with Oxford Prestige. It has been incredibly easy and pleasant to deal with them from start to finish - first in arranging a viewing of the vehicle and then throughout the purchase process and aftersales, with excellent communication. They treat their customers with respect and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
We arrived at Oxford Prestige mob-handed, my wife and I plus our daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, all eager to inspect and assess our potential new acquisition. Jaf made us feel very welcome, initially explaining and demonstrating aspects and features of the car with which we weren't familiar and then allowing us to crawl all over it, trial fitting child seats and playing musical chairs as we tried out the various seating arrangements and many of the car's functions. We were impressed with the presentation standard of the vehicle which was spotless. The car performed faultlessly during our short test drive and we were virtually decided by the end that this would be our next car. My wife and I then sat down with Jaf to discuss our next steps. Jaf patiently answered all of our questions with good humour and then took us through options regarding financing, showing us illustrations for us to consider, also explaining the very comprehensive warranty that he could offer. We concluded with paying a deposit on the vehicle and making an appointment for collection in short order. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable and pleasant experience for us all. Our thanks to Jaf.
