The whole crew at Oxford Prestige were incredibly friendly and polite, I part exchanged my old vehicle for a new one. They couldn’t have made the transition smoother, by letting me test drive the car and having it serviced + mot before I drove away. These things can be stressful but I would highly recommend going here if you want a good experience and a stress free experience 10/10

I bought a top of the range Passat from this dealership in Jan 2026 and the car was just as advertised the service was exceptional, friendly and no pressure, once I purchased the car there was a fault which was undetected on purchase but the dealership sorted through the warranty and provided a curtesy car while the repairs were fixed to my full satisfaction . This is an honest dealership which you don’t find often if at all and he was as good as his word on following up and maintaining personal communication till the repair was completed.. So I would have no hesitation recommending Jaff at Oxford Prestige . I had to travel a long distance to purchase this car as it was a high spec low owner car which they specialising in sourcing so was worth the journey And he treats all his customers the same whether they buy a Bentley or a Seat I was impressed by such a professional service and feel he deserves a5star recommendation

What stood out was their regular communication, even after the sale was complete, just to make sure everything was running smoothly. It made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. Jaf from Oxford Prestige was very professional and incredibly friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions about the Škoda Karoq SportLine. I had several calls with him, and my first impression was very positive. He priced the car well and gave us a good deal on 12 months waranty.He provided the full service history and HPI check via email and was completely transparent about both the vehicle and the service Oxford Prestige offers.In the end, we decided to purchase the car over the phone because we already know the make well — we had driven a Karoq on holiday and really liked it. Also his photos and videos are top quality for the customer see the car condition.We travelled all the way from North Devon to collect the car in Oxford, and believe me, it was worth it. We would be happy to part-exchange the car with Jaz in a few years when we upgrade.If you are looking for a special Mercedes, Audi or Škoda with high spec, there is a high probability you will find it in his showroom.
