Recently moved out of my student flat and was looking for storage in Leeds. McCarthy's was the best price around by far, with their cross gates site an easy 15-20 minute drive from my place. The whole team are extremely friendly, particularly Jason who helped me through the whole process. If you're looking for good, common sense storage, with someone friendly on the other end of the phone, this is the best option. If I ever need storage again, this will be my first choice.
I visited today and was really impressed with the facilities. The place is very secure with alarms straight to the police. The units are new and accessed through an app; no keys. Various size of units are available and you can see the empty ones. I was given a tour of the complete facility too, which was so interesting. Jason, on reception, was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything I needed to know, and more. We haven’t used their facilities yet as we are waiting the go-ahead from our financial section, but I will be very happy to move our belongings in, no doubt.
Wow where to start.. from when Mccarthy storage first opened I was contacted by kris with an offer of working alongside them and they recommend my company to their clients for removals.. Since day one kris has been an absolute pleasure to deal with consistently keeping me in the loop with regards to clients.Also I've contacted kris. And Jason numerous times when I've had my own clients needing storage and can honestly say this is the best storage facility by far very helpful especially when it's last minute from me 😂😂. They are very competitive on pricing and would only ever recommend these guys for storage. A great facility, very convenient and secure. Everyone involved is super helpful and only a phone call away. All run on an app, which is very easy to use. I would recommend it highly. Be aware though that there are a few extra costs involved, such as insurance etc.
