The facilities cater to a wide range of needs—I’ve personally used three different storage solutions at this company and site, each with different access times, and all have been convenient and reliable. If it were possible, I’d happily give them 10 stars!
This is a safe dry and secure storage unit. We moved the contents of my son’s flat into the unit where it was stored dry and safe for much longer than we expected. We used their handy moving van which is very competitively priced. The floors are smooth concrete so moving the furniture on flat trolleys (also supplied on site) was easy and without incident. Lovely friendly storage facility. Costs are competitive. I would highly recommend this place to any friends, family or colleagues needing storage. Much appreciate their service.
Having used Matlock Storage for over a year, I cannot recommend them too highly. The staff have been really helpful, taking the time to explain options, access and costs. The units are secure, very clean, dry and easy to access 24/7 if you choose the appropriate location. It has been reassuring to store things without any worries and communication has been excellent.
