Storage was clean, dry and seemed very secure. Service was pleasant, helpful and efficient. It may be possible to find cheaper storage in the area but it was close by for us which was a bonus. It wasn't possible to access the unit we were using out of office hours but providing you bear that in mind it wasn't a problem. Plenty of parking.
Matlock Self Storage is the best around. I have used them for over 3 months and the experience you get is first class. They also provide a van to help you move your belongings which a lot of storage places don't offer that.I personally like thank especially Amanda for her lovely customer service and professionalism as she is approachable and a lovely smile goes a long way. Also if you have any problems she will sort them for you. If you want your moving in or moving out to go as smoothly as you can then come to Matlock Storage you wont regret it. We’ve now used Matlock Storage on two occasions and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble. Even at short notice, they were able to provide a unit and offer helpful admin support, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.The team are incredibly friendly and professional—Amanda, Hazel and Amy are a real credit to the business and worth their weight in gold.The facilities are very well kept and the pricing is extremely competitive, which makes the whole experience even better. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matlock Storage to anyone in need of storage and will definitely use them again in the future should we have a need.
