Relieved to have been recommended this storage facility by friends.With delays in moving into my new house I needed a central Edinburgh location to store my whole life!Super convenient location and easy to access at anytime I wanted whilst also completely secure and safe! I basically used it as my walk in wardrobe in between house moves!Great team behind it all who organised the whole moving process for me and always quick to respond, advise and help out if needed - they do it all! ( removals, storage and re delivery)Thanks to the team at ESS for taking the stress out of what would have been a very stressful time and for taking such good care of my things! All my items were re delivered exactly as they were when I put them into storage.For storage in Edinburgh ( personal or business ) - look no further.

All staff, especially Lucy, very helpful in answering all questions - no matter how basic! Very well organised service and excellent communication. Would highly recommend so far. An essential service well executed.

Lucy is very nice and answers any questions. I am very satisfied, everything is very easy to book and clearly laid out. Access is 24/7, which is very important to me, and everything is very secure there! I can only recommend it.

I was looking for storage. Happend to come across Edinburgh self store. I popped in to look for reception, and the reception is actually at another depot. Anyway, I phoned the number, and the lovely lady on the phone, who just happened to be back at work that morning, talked me through the storage I was looking for. Within 30 minutes, she had me trained on the entry system, guided me to my container, and we did the deal via online banking. I find the container size is perfect, the offer is a good value and I'm very pleased. It's 24/7 access, which suits me brilliantly. As I was leaving this evening, I waited until the gate closes. It's around 30 secs. I'm confident my goods are secure. You can pick up padlocks from B&Q. Yes very pleased and grateful. The service from the company is very good and they are good priced for Edinburgh, and they are business minded but very friendly professionals. Just be honest with what you are looking for and I'm sure you will be as pleased as I am. My container is clean and airtight so your goods will be ok.
