Beautiful building, fab communal areas, lovely office space and a great location. The building is always spotless, but the best part is definitely the staff — they are amazing. The team at Connie's are wonderful which reflects the family feel and history of the building - a gem amongst the industrial retail massifs of Newport Road. Rates are very reasonable, the offices are lovely and the team will decorate to your liking. The kitchen and communal area on the ground floor is really special, take a look at the photos if uou don't belive me.
Beautiful building, very affordable rates, and the owners are very friendly and accommodating to the individual business needs. The break-out area alone is stunning and something to behold. Love it here!
We have rented an office space at Connies Houses for several years now and it continues to be a great place to work. It’s been great to see the recent renovations and improvements to the building, including the shared kitchens and private office spaces available to book out, which really enhance the overall environment. It’s a well-maintained and professional space with useful facilities and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always helpful, approachable, and accommodating. Overall, it’s a great place for businesses and we’re really happy with our office here.
