Moved home and needed to store some… Moved home and needed to store some furniture. We looked around for a storage unit and settled on Easy Access Storage in Bredbury. Very pleased with the service provided, staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us some valuable advice on the different storage units, and names of different removal firms. We chose a unit based on the advice given. We stored our furniture using a recommended removal firm. Everything went like clockwork we had 24/7 access via a very secure system of entry and exit. So a very big thank you to Kevin for all his help and advice. Highly recommend to everyone.
Storing our first caravan here for a few months until taking it to a site was an extremely positive experience. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful they made it easy for us and offered any help we needed which was most welcome having never towed a caravan before . Should we need local storage again we will definitely be using this site again ! It's very local very Convenient being so close to motorway and staff being so helpful made all the difference .
EDIT: Response to owner - The unit was rented in my cousins name, you know this, your insurance also paid out into my bank account so don't try to make out like I'm lying.Easy access by name easy access by nature. We stored Sur Ron's here in a unit originally rented to store a car. Someone managed to follow a car through the electric gate, block the gate open, break into 5 units, steal the bikes and get away in under 8 minutes. Their rapid response security took 17 minutes to get to the site. The locks on the doors are useless, they just pop off with minimal force. The units are all advertised as being alarmed which they are not. They are advertised as being well lit which they are not.Insurance paid out £7,000 which is OK as that was the policy that was taken out, they did try to get out of paying that by telling us we was told that 'no off road bikes were to be stored here' however we was only told this when we went to get the bikes and found out they were gone.Would of thought with all of the failings of the company, the lack of an alarm which they advertise all of their units have and the fact that the units were not in a well lit area which they claim all of their units are that they would of covered the the rest of the money we lost. We haven't even had an apology or a real explanation on how this actually happened.If you value your stuff then I'd recommend storing it somewhere else.
