I had a poor experience with Easy Access Self Storage (Ashton), particularly around billing transparency and the refund process.Despite giving notice in advance, I was charged additional fees without clear prior communication, and when my account was closed, almost half of my deposit was deducted for what were described as extra charges. None of this was clearly explained at the point of sign-up or notice, and it only came to light during the refund process.I dealt mainly with Dean and Sam, and while responses were polite, the explanations felt rigid and process-driven rather than fair or customer-focused. The charging structure (weekly blocks, non-refundable add-ons) was not made explicit upfront, which led to unexpected costs.Overall, the lack of transparency and the way the refund was handled left a very bad impression. I would strongly advise anyone considering this storage facility to read the fine print very carefully and get everything confirmed in writing beforehand.
Cleanest Storage facility I have ever been and I go in 3 on average per week Absolutely immaculate ( could eat your dinner of the toilet floor )
