Absolutely fantastic service! We had a really good experience with this self-storage company. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. It’s a family run business. Paul at the facility was incredibly supportive and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond for us. We were running a little late to drop off our items for storage (as we were driving from another city). Paul went out of his way and stayed back after hours just so we could drop off our items.His personal, thoughtful service really made all the difference during what could have been a stressful time. The facility itself is well-maintained, secure, and offers great value for money.We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and friendly service.
I can enthusiastically recommend Coventry Self Storage. I had hoped to get an indoor unit but they were all taken, I was initially dubious about pallet storage but it proved to be an excellent option, very good value for money! I was able to gain access whenever I wanted and my items were in perfect condition at the end of occupation which I think was around 2 years. The unit kept everything nice and dry, low humidity, no dust (or spiders!) in the crate. The owners are lovely and made cups of tea if I was going to take some time loading or unloading. They also provide insurance.
Excellent family run business. I can re-iterate another review which said: "Kerri the owners daughter is super nice and friendly. Her dad helped me...". I had the same experience. They use technology in the best way to help and support your needs 24/7. Would use this facility again without looking elsewhere. Thanks guys!
