Decent place decent staff a few issues not happy with the 14 day notice period as I had all my stuff in storage as I was in between moving house and couldn't give 14 days notice so have ended up paying for 9 days whete yhe unit was empty, also up to 21 days to process refund of deposit is way too long
Excellent facilities. Staff extremely helpful from start to finish. Very convenient where it is. Have already recommended Cookes Storage to other people.
Cookes Storage were extremely helpful and happy to provide storage on a short term basis to suit our needs. Their communications were excellent and the storage unit was secure, clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
I have had one or two storage units since 2017 and throughout this time I’ve found Cookes storage in Minworth, facilities and staff to be first class. Through lockdown, holidays always kept fully informed about opening times, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
