Cookes is a really clean and secure storage facility, with friendly and helpful staff too. I had a unit in the first floor so when the lift was out of order on a couple of occasions (could do with a second lift for these occasions) it did cause me a bit of inconvenience, but other than that I would highly recommend this company for your storage needs.
We had amazing help from the team at Cookes Storage Facility Birmingham. I went to collect my items from my unit as it was no longer needed. The team were very helpful and also gave me a hand removing my items.They went above and beyond to help and made the process seamless.I would highly recommend Cooke’s Storage Birmingham!

Worth every Star. Thank you to Paul for all your help, showing me around and explaining the whole process to me. The site is absolutely spotless, safe and secure, female friendly, clear lighting and you’re able to use their lift, trollies etc if required, they also can provide boxes and packaging for an additional cost which is a great idea. Great company, lovely helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
