Rented a storage container over a period of years. I have always experienced over this period good customer service, professional invoicing and knowledge the yard is always secure. Site is also easily accessible with a large van with no issues. I would very much recommend them for personal or business storage requirements.
Brilliant customer service, excellent set-up and superb access to the 20ft container. It was a house move so all of our possessions were placed there and a bespoke package and advice was given. Lovely people.
Excellent storage company. Good value for money for the amount of storage on offer. I recently moved my stuff to the storage here after looking around at other facilities. Ben & Luke are very friendly! Great customer service! The container is new, dry & clean. It's amazing the easy & safe access with the gate and lockers. All our furniture fits well in there. Plenty of space to turn a car outside between the containers. Easy localization to the place as well. Highly recommend Loxleys!
I would highly recommend Loxley Self Storage to anyone and everyone. Both owners we're extremely welcoming and helpful, and would even offer to help load or unload of they were around and available. All containers are clean, dry and secure and I had no issues knowing my household belongings were safe and secure. You can drive up to any of the containers easily so there's no need to lugging large and heavy items really far. They even provide an extremely good quality lock for the container. Thoroughly pleased with the service provided and would use again and again in the future!
