Massively delayed review (sorry guys). We used BSS earlier this year while moving. It was easy & convenient to use, good value & always clean. Elliot and Charlotte were both lovely & really friendly and helpful throughout the process, and we will use BSS again if we need external/temporary storage.
Can't fault the service we received. Clean and safe facility always welcomed with a smile from staff, especially Elliot and Charlotte. Would very much recommend and use again if we needed. Thanks guys
In a sentence - absolutely first class in every way.I’m disabled. I have a few problems. The staff at Bradford/Leeds Self Storage couldn’t have been more professional or more helpful. I’m delighted to have chosen their services. (I have used other similar companies in the past and found they couldn’t care less.)Facilities are easy to understand and access is easy. Terms are super-easy to follow (no jargon, just ordinary plain English).Queries are dealt with quickly and I was in and out super-quick. Just a wonderful, helpful and supportive experience. Charlotte and Elliot explained all and everything about storage and were also very pleasant to talk with. They actually helped me through the house moving experience with their care and professional attitude. I would strongly recommend this storage facility.
