Sorina was absolutely fantastic! She helped us last minute to get a unit to store our sofa which didn’t fit. And today we finally ended our need for the unit and Sorina was at the desk yet again with a lovely smile and remembered me. She helped end so quickly and efficiently. I have recently visited the Hemel Hempstead branch and enquired about storage options. Sorina was available and most helpful with explaining what size would be required for my needs and how the pricing works. The office and storage areas are very clean and the staff I dealt with was very polite, helpful and efficient, which is the gold standard compared to other places. Thank you for helping me get the best deal.
I rented a unit here for some time and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole place is exceptionally clean – both outside and inside. You can really see that everything is well looked after and properly maintained. It always felt safe, organised and professional. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. The service is not only very friendly, but above all extremely professional. They genuinely care about their customers and are much more attentive and helpful than in other storage places I’ve used before. Anytime I needed assistance, they were quick to respond and always willing to help. Compared to other self storage options in Hemel, this is definitely the best choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility.
We had an issue with getting our unit access details even though we'd payed and completed the identification process the previous day.
