This is hands down the best customer service in all of France. All the staff are super helpful, efficient, very patient, super responsive, and very reliable. I communicated easily with Arthur over email for all my questions. They made the process of getting a storage unit very simple and efficient. We rented from them for several months and i will definitely do business with them again. Very professional and well run business with the best of the best staff. Amazing.
