Convenient but expensive... For any inquiries, the staff are very professional and responsive.
Quick and efficient support, nice, easily accessible storage area.
Very disappointed with Storage 24. They're very responsive when it comes to letting you into their units and collecting payments, but as soon as it's time to return your deposit, they vanish.Despite two written commitments stating that it would be refunded, nothing has been done. Follow-ups, messages, waiting… and no clear answer, no follow-up.I find this frankly unacceptable: their responsiveness is completely one-sided. I do not recommend them.
