We rented a 48m2 box and finally we were offered two 28m2 boxes. We only used one, the second one was never used and we decided to return it immediately. We had to wait 2 months. When we returned it, we were charged for a stained slab even though we had never put anything in the box. Everyone became unreachable when we protested. In the end, it was very expensive and really not very professional.
This company is completely unprofessional. We give them our agreement and they rent the storage unit to someone else.
Very dissatisfied with the Storage 24 service. It's a scandal!!! I lost valuable belongings due to a mouse infestation because they don't cover damage and loss related to rodents and are passing the buck with the insurance I had to take out. What's more, I had to pay for the cleanup because otherwise they threatened to charge me. I hope they give me my deposit back... Dishonest!!
