Customer service is nonexistent; the portal has been down for two months and never repaired. It's advertised as a secure site, but it's anything but. When there's a general power outage, it takes another month to get it fixed. The boxes themselves are great.
We rented a 48m² storage unit, but were ultimately offered two 28m² units. We only use one; the second will never be used, so we decided to return it immediately. We had to wait two months. Upon returning the unit, we were charged for a stained concrete slab, even though we never put anything in it. Everyone became unreachable when we complained. In the end, it was very expensive and really unprofessional.
This company is completely unprofessional. We give them our agreement and they rent the storage unit to someone else.
Très insatisfait du service Storage 24 C'est un scandale !!! J'ai perdu des biens de valeur dû à une invasion de souris car ils ne prennent pas en charge les dégâts et pertes lié aux rongeurs et se renvoient la balle avec l'assurance que j'ai dû contracté. En plus, J'ai dû prendre en charge le nettoyage car sinon ils m'ont menacé de le facturer. J'espère qu'ils me rendront ma caution... Malhonnête !!
