Honestly, just for information: absolutely top-notch. We received excellent advice, a warm welcome, and comprehensive information! Without even asking questions, we already had the answers thanks to our advisor, Abdul. I highly recommend them.
Avoid at all costs, they're thieves! We requested cancellation on September 21st and received a confirmation email on September 22nd stating that we had to vacate the storage unit before October 14th to avoid being charged on October 15th. On October 15th, we received confirmation of the contract cancellation. On October 18th, we received an email suggesting that the storage unit hadn't been vacated. We replied by email, sending photos of the empty unit with the padlock removed. No email response. We received a notification of an attempted charge of €150, then on November 6th, a formal notice for unpaid rent of €236?? I called them twice, specifying the contract number and the unit number, but no one knew what had happened. They initiated a formal notice process without explaining why??? Pro tip: take photos when you vacate the storage unit. These are people who try to take advantage of small loopholes to charge you 2 months of rent after termination.
