As an out-of-towner, I rented a storage unit and the customer service representative on the phone couldn't tell me, for example, whether I could drive my car to the storage unit door or whether it would even fit through the gate, they had no information! So you can't drive your car to the door, you have to leave it on the sidewalk, partly on the road, and it's quite a hill to take the furniture to the storage unit. I don't recommend it as a moving storage unit! I would have liked the staff to have better information and skills in selling their storage units.
Clean place, but a bit cramped access to the courtyard, especially in winter you have to load from the side of the street.
Driving into the yard is not allowed. That's what it really means. I'm familiar with the traffic sign and I know that maintenance driving and retrieving items are allowed. But not here. The house's surveillance camera came screaming from its balcony. A cramped place. But why not take something light that you can carry from the parking lot, if you can find a parking lot.
