Reviews
Water damage in the warehouse, no immediate notification. No compensation for damaged goods. Mice and roaches in the warehouse.
There are plenty of spaces available for temporary storage and the spaces are functional and relatively clean, at least the actual storage booths. There are also tools on site for transporting goods from the car to the booth. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
In my case, I experienced professional, friendly and personable customer service. Using the warehouse was easy and everything went great for me. I recommend it to others and I may be a customer again in the future 👍
