All the stuff in storage smells like a basement… I really hope the smell goes away, and it’s not some kind of mold… My sofa and bed were in storage for a year and about a month ago we took textiles in garbage bags to the storage for temporary storage. The smell even stuck to those textiles that were taken out a month earlier, really strongly. The furniture was vacuumed twice, tried to air it out outside and tried to air the clothes, to get rid of that basement smell. The next option is a deodorizer to remove odors. The furniture was in an apartment in a house built a couple of years ago, bought new and used for less than a year before going into storage. I really hope I don’t have to borrow such a machine from someone for this.

I rarely write reviews, but now I feel the need to do so, because I really can't recommend this company. Incomprehensibly careless and disrespectful behavior with the billing. After the termination, the billing apparently didn't stop automatically, but I still received three invoices for nothing. Even after pointing this out, the invoices kept pouring in, and when I was told everything was fine, (only) half a year later the first payment request for some of these invoices came (which was also unfounded). I don't think these things can be attributed to "technical billing" problems anymore, but the problem is now somewhere else.

A really easy job once you've gotten through the click path.Agreement on a separate website (spam folders to be monitored)No human contact at all. Bueno.The space is as promised, clean and high enough, easy to navigate and the corners have been cleverly beveled to make it easier to transport long items.At first, the problem was a company that was connected to the windbreak and its goods were in the way. Now it has moved to other premises and the access has become easier.The yard to the pier is quite steep and in slippery weather it was a bit tricky, but the bigger problem is the cars "loading" in the yard that have been in the way when reversing to the pier.Invoices by e-mailI recommend.

I can't recommend it. I've been struggling with an unjustified rent bill since November, which has now progressed to collection, even though I've been actively handling the matter myself from the beginning. The company in question just won't fix it despite calls and emails.There is also no camera surveillance on the premises and the door opening system works unreliable. This problem was solved with a questionable key box, the code of which was at least at some point more widely known.
