Terrible experience, I have never felt so bad or treated so badly before, what a shame to start the day and find such an unhappy and bitter person in her life that the only thing she transmits is bad vibes, I think her name is Bibi, a lady from the Sabinillas mayor's office, whose only world and universe is collecting documents to process from the citizen and she does it in a contemptuous manner and looking and speaking with contempt and believing that she has everything in her hands and on the contrary she is empty and bitter, !! I am not surprised that they have her at the bottom !! .... sad that there are people like this who are supposed to be at our service and to help and they forget that they are paid with our taxes ......
The contact number is impossible to answer. They don't respond to emails, complaints, or anything. The service is terrible.
I call consumer affairs about 50 times a day and it's impossible to get through. The service is terrible. We working people pay your salaries so you can provide us with these services.
