I'm from Seville. My car broke down at Playa del Río. No garage would help me, neither help me nor assist me, so I found this garage over the phone. I have so much to thank the girl who answered the phone. She was so professional and kind. She did everything she could to help me. Unprofessional. They ruined my oil pan! Ford Focus MK4. I took it to this garage for a routine oil and filter change. When I picked it up, they told me it was impossible to reset the service interval and that they would let me know when they figured out how. Six months later, we're still waiting. To this day, the car is leaking oil and the level is low. The official dealership says that during a previous oil change, the oil pan drain plug was tightened to over 40 Nm, which damaged the threads and requires replacement. "It could have been tightened with an impact wrench or by hand." This car uses an O-ring washer and is tightened to 25 Nm with a torque wrench. A costly repair that could have resulted in engine failure! I'm considering filing a complaint with a court-appointed expert! Not recommended garage! If you don't know them, don't risk it!
