The advertisement states that it complies with planning regulations (which rarely occur in Jaén), and it must be said that they obtained a planning permit by concealing square footage only to rent out hidden storage units once they had obtained the permit. What a blatant nonsense... And deceiving the construction company that carried out the project... a complete nonsense of storage units...
