I uploaded a video and a photo to help people find the lab without getting lost. I haven't used the service yet, but I had trouble finding the address because the photos were in a completely different position. The one I uploaded, along with the video, is a must-see! And I was lucky enough to get through on the phone today by pressing an option that wasn't even the right one, but thanks to that, I was able to talk and get the address explained to me. I'm not from here, it took some effort, but I found it!

I requested information about some tests, the collection time and price. I took my 92-year-old father to the clinic and it turns out the collection time is 15 days later and the price is triple what I had been told. I found this outrageous and unprofessional on the part of the company that gave me the information. This was on November 4th.

Things used to be much better... The doctor is still a professional, but some colleagues sometimes need to tone down their egos a bit. Regarding the tests, they're fine: if they need them, they'll let you know.

The truth is, I'm reading the reviews and I can't believe what some people are saying. They say they take a week for simple tests, but I had a very comprehensive one the day before yesterday and I already have the results. They say they don't answer the phone, but if you don't need to call, you don't have to make an appointment. I've always been treated very kindly, from the person at the front desk to the doctor (not a nurse) who performs the blood extractions. The entrance is very well marked. It leaves no room for error. I don't understand all these criticisms.
