I've been needing a storage unit for a while, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Many thanks to María, the person in charge in Orihuela, who makes everything so easy and gives you the confidence and security to leave your things here. She gives you all the information you need, is attentive, responds quickly, and is incredibly efficient, competent, and professional in her work. On the other hand, I must add that I was worried about security or that there might be rats, cockroaches, etc., but none of that happened. Everything was very clean and there were no problems. I've been very relaxed in that regard during the months I've been a client of the storage unit. As a recommendation to the owner: keep María (I wouldn't have rented the storage unit if it weren't for the confidence she instilled in me and her professionalism) and strongly consider installing an elevator or freight lift for the upper floor.
We rented a 12m2 storage unit here to store materials for a recycling campaign in central Orihuela, and our experience couldn't have been more satisfactory. The facilities are good and not too far from the city; the price is reasonable; the facility has private card access; the installation has adequate security measures (alarm, etc.) and all the necessary equipment (pallet truck, door for unloading heavy goods, etc.). Furthermore, María's customer service was impeccable. We did everything remotely and they didn't present any problems, helping us at all times and giving us all the necessary instructions to ensure everything was clear. It's a pleasure to work with such polite and professional people.
Decent prices, decent sized storage. Super friendly and helpful staff. The best storage facility in the area!
