Castillo Moving Company handled our move last Friday, June 19th, from one huge triplex to another. Three floors filled with furniture! They were incredibly efficient, resourceful, and organized, putting everything away perfectly. They arrived right on time at 8:15 a.m., and by 2:00 p.m., everything was in place, even my children's clothes in their closets. Wonderful service, great price, and excellent customer service. The service this company wanted to charge me nearly €3,000 plus VAT for was performed more than satisfactorily by a company in Madrid for a fifth of that price. It's not that they charge too much, it's bordering on fraud. And they were offended when I asked for a breakdown of the estimate.
In less than a week, we contacted Mudanzas Castillo again, as we had a lot of things to move to another house. The three musketeers—Jaime, José, Jesús, and this time Álvaro as well—arrived at 4 p.m. on a Wednesday in July, with temperatures reaching 45 degrees Celsius in the shade. They arrived with huge smiles, essential for combating the heat and allowing them to do their job with the same efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism as the first time. Fran, the guy we spoke to on the phone, was very kind and helpful, giving us a date that same week, as we requested. Thank you once again, team, for helping us with the stress of moving, especially with these temperatures we've been experiencing lately. We will definitely recommend your company to family, friends, and anyone who asks.
