I have had a storage room rented for a few months to store some furniture. The truth is that the storage rooms are very good, clean and well ventilated. Very easy to access with the personal code, you can park at the entrance if you need to unload a lot. It is all very practical. And the attention of the administrative staff is a 10! I totally recommend it!
We needed a storage unit, but we didn't really know what we were looking for, and Roser helped us choose. Excellent communication. The service was impeccable. The location is superb, as you don't have to go through the city center if you're coming from out of town. 100% recommended. And a special star for Roser.
I had never rented a storage unit before, and the experience at Hicap was fantastic. From the very beginning, Roser, a truly wonderful person, helped me. She explained everything in detail, showed me the storage units—all with ample capacity to suit my needs—clean, well-ventilated, with 24/7 security, etc. They provide everything you could ask for in a storage unit. I didn't hesitate for a second, and after being so well taken care of by Roser, I signed the rental agreement right away. I'm very happy with the experience.
I rented it for over a year for personal use. Living in a one-room apartment, it was a lifesaver! I felt at ease knowing I had my own space and belongings, and I knew they were monitored 24/7. A fantastic experience! Thank you to the staff for their attention and for everything!
