Terrible telephone service. I politely inquired about storage unit availability, and the response I received was arrogant and unprofessional. As a potential customer, I understand the need for information on availability to explore my options, but instead of assistance, I encountered impatience and a rude attitude.Customer service was inadequate and did not resolve my questions at all. I am still looking for a storage unit, but after this experience, I do not recommend this service.

Not even one star is a disaster!!!! The man's treatment of me was appalling. When I posted the first review, he threatened to remove it. He won't let me stay in the storage unit for no reason. Because of him, I had an anxiety attack and breathing problems (I'm asthmatic), and they called the ambulance. He forced me to remove hundreds of boxes immediately and leave. He accused me of non-payment on April 2nd!!! Xenophobia, disrespect, and defamation in the neighborhood. The police came, and he's the only one who says I'm aggressive. He drives you crazy, mistreats you, and when you defend yourself, he calls you violent. Even though I have a power of attorney, he prohibits me from accessing the storage unit. Because of him, a lot of my merchandise has been broken, and I cut myself on the glass. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend him even for free.

A terrible experience. The guy who helped me wouldn't stop teasing me; he's incredibly rude. He refused to give me a new key even though my husband had power of attorney. When I raised my voice, he called me violent. He cares more about his job than the store owner who pays for the storage unit. I'm canceling my membership immediately. Even though I have an access card, he won't let me in. He told me to take my merchandise out because I didn't want me there due to non-payment! On April 2nd, he accused me of not paying, even though my husband always paid between the 5th and 6th. I had to move a lot of boxes while having problems with my operated hand. He told me he didn't care about my health. This guy is a racist and problematic individual. He wants to kick me out of the storage unit for no reason and is threatening to remove my reservation no matter what. I will report everything. Even though I have an access card, he won't let me in—it's unbelievable! He called me all sorts of names because I refused to go and called the police.
