I'm replying since you don't even let me respond. The legal warranty is 1 to 3 years. Do your research before speaking, because I see you don't know much about the law. You're lucky I didn't sue you and send a court-appointed expert because you're doing your job, which is to inspect the car. The car came with a replaced cylinder head cover, and it wasn't even from BMW. Besides, the turbo was already in bad shape, as my mechanic confirmed that error codes had been cleared before the purchase. With nothing more to add, I won't recommend you anywhere, and I hope one day you get sued and have to pay for being crooks and shameless. Once again, one star, and I have a ton of emails. It's better than Nincontes.

Good morning. After some time, I bought my imported BMW 318i there. They delivered it, and after exactly two years, the turbocharger had a problem; it was corroded. They're very clever and offer a one-year warranty for a car I paid €17,000 for—a complete rip-off! But that's not the worst part. I called them, explained the situation, and this guy Richard told me I was being cheeky and that it must have been my fault. The garage they recommended in my city told me the car came like that because the cylinder head cover had been replaced with a non-BMW part, and they'd already tampered with the car in that area. The buyer didn't even bother to check, or maybe he did, but he let it slide. A new turbocharger cost me €4,000, and all they did was wash their hands of it. I don't recommend them, and I would never buy from them again. By the way, the mechanic said he'd never work with them again because they're shameless.

I recently bought a car. I knew exactly what I wanted, but I thought it would be quite complicated. Richard and Carlos exceeded my expectations; they made everything so easy it's incredible. Their service is exceptional, and as people, they're fantastic—they're dedicated, helpful, and keep you informed every step of the way. Thank you both so much for everything. You know I'll be using your services again in the future, and I've recommended you to everyone I know. Best regards.

Michel.
