We understand that the worker needs to be on call and requires the vehicle to be nearby, but we find it completely inappropriate for a hearse to remain parked in a residential community's parking lot. It's unpleasant for residents to encounter such a vehicle daily in a space where they live and go about their daily lives. Furthermore, several neighbors have already expressed their dissatisfaction with this situation, yet it continues. We believe that a funeral home should also consider the sensitivity and respect shown to the people who live nearby and find a suitable alternative for parking their vehicles while on call. We hope the company will take action and find a solution.

On behalf of our entire family, we want to express our sincerest gratitude to Funeraria Albacete, and especially to Amparo and Ramón Moya, who run the El Bonillo Funeral Home.During such a difficult time as the passing of my father-in-law, their care was exceptional, compassionate, and deeply humane. They were with us every step of the way with respect, calm, and a sensitivity that we greatly appreciate, attending to every detail and kindly attending to both family and friends who came to say goodbye.Beyond their professionalism—which was impeccable—we want to highlight their warmth, empathy, and availability, something that makes a huge difference when it's needed most. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the support, care, and dignity with which you helped us through this difficult time. Thank you!

The entire process during those difficult times was handled with absolute professionalism, tact, and empathy. It's also worth highlighting the ease with which all the bureaucratic procedures were resolved. This company clearly demonstrates the experience accumulated throughout its long history, dedicated to attending to every detail. Nothing is left to chance. Thank you very much.
